SHIPPING EXPLAINED

14N1 Online Store purchases are collected, packed, labeled and mailed out weekly. Every Friday we ship all outstanding orders from the previous week. In the event an item is out of stock it is backordered. This brand is a service to streetwear enthusiasts and we fully understand the desire to receive the items purchased in a timely matter. We have adopted this variation in our shipping methods to ensure that our clients receive their purchases in the fastest time possible. This prevents an order from being “held up” due to a small portion of purchases being backordered. We currently ask for 2 weeks (14 business days) to receive your order, as a courtesy to our printing and shipping partners. Lockdown and other uncontrollable circumstances have seemingly fucked many of us who are looking to resume our lives in a “normal” fashion. However, items on hand will be shipped on the 1st Friday after the purchase. Not rain, sleet, snow, fire or hell storm will stop the drip!!!!

BACKORDER process as follows. Item purchased is not in stock. Order is placed for replenishment of style. Item is produced in Los Angeles, CA and Shipped to NY. This process takes 7-10 days with shipping. When the items are received in New York they are then packed, labeled, and mailed out the next shipment day (Friday). If an item is backordered you will receive and email and a letter with your other items along with expected shipping date.

EXAMPLE; In this example Terrell buys 2 t-shirts and a hoodie from the site. The hoodie and 1 of the t-shirts are in stock however one item (T-shirt) is not. If the out of stock T-shirt style has not been back ordered from a separate order already, it is backordered at that time. The 2 items that are available are sent, and the 3rd backordered item is sent at a later date at no extra charge.
